The DAILY SHINE QIGONG CLASSES and recordings should run very smoothly on your device. If you have any problems, follow these steps.

Step 1.

Open the Zoom app on your device. If you do not have the Zoom meeting app, download it here. Which Zoom App do I download? Not sure which Zoom app to download-check here? For more information on Zoom, click here.

Step 2. 

You will need internet access to watch the class, whether on your smart phone, a tablet, or your computer. Livestreaming video can benefit from higher internet speeds. If you wish to check your internet speeds check here.

Step 3.

Log in or register at WakingUpEnergy.com for the 1st time to access your classroom. To register adding your name, email address and a password to create your membership. When you return to your classroom, you will log in to your account to watch Today's live Class or the Qigong Video Library.

Step 4.

Click here to access today's live class.  You will need to log into your account, using your email and your password.

Step 5.

Click here to access the video library. You will need to log into your account, using your email and your password.
