1.  As you look into the green-ness of it all, imagine that you can drink or sip the green into your eyes.
  2. Visualize pulling the green into your eyes, and moving the green energy down into the liver.
  3. Make your best, effort to continue drinking in the green from nature into the eyes, passing through the brain, and traveling down to the liver. 
  4. Practice gazing into the green for 1-minute.
  5. Rub your hands together and gently place hands over your eyes and feel the warmth of your hands penetrating the eyes for a few moments.
  6. Relax your hands and enjoy your "Green Drink" Meditation anytime you need refreshment.
